Our Staff

Jeorge Logan is a Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist in the State of Ohio with lived experience with mental health, substance abuse and criminal justice involvement. Jeorge got his AA degree in Chemical Dependency Studies from The American River College in Sacramento, CA. Jeorge received his undergraduate degree in Human Services from Purdue University in Fort Wayne, IN. He received his Master’s in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. From January 2017 to December 2019, Jeorge was the program coordinator for PowerNet of Dayton. As the director at the Change Agency, Jeorge oversees operations at the Adullam House transitional living program. Adullam House provides recovery supportive housing for people returning from incarceration or substance abuse treatment.

Zachary Johnson (Administrative Coordinator)

Zachary Johnson is an Information Technology Consultant in recovery after battling substance abuse and mental health for over a decade. Zachary received his Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Information Systems with his focus in Digital Forensics from DeVry University in Columbus, OH. Zachary has managed the house operations of multiple Sober Living Programs in various states. As the Administrative Coordinator of The Change Agency, Zachary is the central point of communication between house managers, peer supporters, contractors, internal departments, and external parties. Zachary is responsible for overseeing the house operations of each property, as well as maintaining, analyzing, and improving all clerical and administrative duties.

Eric Douglass is a Chemical Dependency Counselor’s Assistant born in Muncie, Indiana. Eric moved to Dayton in 1971 and grew up in Summit Square Apartments on Hoover Avenue. Eric graduated from Trotwood Madison High School in 1983 where he was a three sport athelete. After graduation, Eric enlisted into the United States Marine Corps. After getting an other than honorable discharge, Eric moved to Cincinnati, OH where he had three kids and one granddaughter. Eric is a huge Ohio State fan and also loves the Chicago Bulls and Bears. Eric is a member of Narcotics Anonymous and is in his seventh year of sobriety. Eric is on the DASCNACC XIII committee, and also has been on the H&I committee. Prior to joining The Change Agency, Eric has worked at multiple recovery facilities in the Dayton area.

Rory Calhouns (Peer Supporter)

Rory Calhoun is a Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist born in Dayton, Ohio. Rory graduated from Patterson Co-Op in 1978. Rory graduated from the Associated Builders and Contractors Electrical apprenticeship and worked as an electrician in various electrical companies. Rory retired from General Motors. Rory is an active member of 12-step recovery programs.  Rory joined The Change Agency as a Peer Supporter to share his experience, strength, and hope to fellow peers battling substance use disorder to help them overcome their barriers and demonstrate that we do recover.
